Our client approached us at a particularly challenging time for their organisation. The Chief Executive was keen to explore why the staff felt as disenfranchised as they did. We worked with the staff through a series of one to one interviews and engagement opportunities to unpack some of the reasons for the tensions and anxieties staff were experiencing.
Staff feedback was that they valued the opportunity to speak confidentially and openly about the barriers they faced within the organisation.
This diagnostic work served as a basis to discuss with the Chief Executive and the senior leadership team to review the findings and as a platform to create action plans and timescales that collectively formed a route to change.
