Jayne has a wealth of FTSE 300 board level executive and non-executive director experience. Her career started as a chartered surveyor and property consultant and then progressed to corporate life in the UK and North America where she was involved in several large-scale mergers and acquisitions. She is a subject matter expert but also an experienced all-round business woman. A strategic thinker balanced with pragmatism and realistic thinking she takes pride in putting people at the heart of any organisational change process. She has strong personal values and holds in high regards the qualities of professionalism, loyalty and trust.
Jayne is used to working with complex issues and managing teams of people so uses this experience to inform advice she gives. As an accredited mediator and executive coach Jayne is also able to use this learning to complement her experience when working with individuals and organisations to help them get the results and outcomes they want.
Working with MacLennan Norman clients have been across several sectors, all of whom have had issues unique to them but Jayne had encountered previously. Her coaching skills have supported teams and individuals to develop and grow to reach new horizons.
