Alternative Dispute Resolution

Jo and Jayne provided a very informative, not to mention entertaining, session on mediation for our lawyers. The training really got into the nitty gritty of mediation, and highlighted the significant benefits of this alternative approach to dispute resolution. The session was conducted in a relaxed format which encouraged open-minded discussion about the suitability and advantages of the process.

Executive Coaching

I worked with Jo over the course of a number of weeks as I felt I needed some professional space to consider a new direction for my organisation. Jo responded flexibly to the development on the day, and did a great job subtly steering the discussion and challenging some of our thinking, ensuring the emerging strategy was logical and consistent. I was introduced to Jayne through a mutual friend in the corporate world and I will always be grateful for that introduction.
